For over 15 years as a medical assistant, my entire life was dedicated to taking care of everyone else. Like so many women, I was trapped in a cycle of overfunctioning, juggling endless responsibilities, carrying the mental load, and letting a harsh inner critic drive me straight into burnout.
I just kept telling myself I just needed to work harder, do more, and just keep going.
Then came a defining moment on a drive home from what felt like a neverending week. I drove around a curve in the road and was surprised with a rainbow which was something that normally would have made me smile and feel like everything was going to be okay. But that day? I felt completely numb. That shook me. I found myself deeply upset that I had no joy in that moment. I looked at that rainbow and realized I had zero drive left for a job I used to love. The tank wasn't just low; it was totally empty.
Sitting in that numbness, a hard truth hit me: I had zero boundaries. I was pouring 100% of my energy into everyone else's needs while leaving absolutely nothing for my own. I had completely abandoned myself.
Realizing I was operating in this way was terrifying, but it was also the key to my freedom. I realized that if I wanted my life to feel different, I couldn't just change my calendar or swap one exhausting job for another—I had to completely rewire how I related to myself.
Driven to find a real answer, I threw myself into personal growth, stress reduction, and holistic well-being. I learned how to build genuine mental fitness, quiet that toxic internal voice, and finally prioritize my own wellness instead of waiting until I earned it. Slowly, the numbness faded, my energy returned, and I remembered what it felt like to actually enjoy my life.
Experiencing that kind of deep internal relief changed everything. I realized my true calling wasn't just taking care of patients in a clinic—it was showing women how to step out of the burnout loop and take care of themselves. I hung up my scrubs, turned my personal transformation into my professional mission, and founded Living Wellness.

My approach is built on a foundation of 15+ years as a medical assistant in clinical healthcare, combined with comprehensive health coach training through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute (now part of the American Council on Exercise / ACE). I blend deep empathy with evidence-based behavior change strategies.

I hold the highest credential standard in the health and wellness coaching industry as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). This national designation reflects rigorous exam standards, extensive practical experience, and a deep commitment to science-backed, client-centered coaching.

With over 5 years of dedicated 1:1 coaching experience I have guided hundreds of high-achieving women through burnout and stress transitions. In addition to my private practice, Living Wellness, I serve as a contract health coach on digital health platforms like YourCoach, delivering personalized support to diverse clients.
